9jaya Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9jaya. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by 9jaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9jaya platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other users who access or use the 9jaya platform in any capacity. 9jaya reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion, with notice provided to registered members as set out in Section 13.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the 9jaya platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 9jaya strictly prohibits access to its services by persons under 21 years old.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from 9jaya or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting as an agent or proxy for any third party in connection with any activity on the platform.

9jaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Where 9jaya determines, at its sole discretion, that a member no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria, the account will be suspended immediately. Any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 9jaya platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment method details, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to keep this information current and to notify 9jaya promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9jaya accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Accounts must be registered using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• Profile information must match the name on your designated withdrawal payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account).
• 9jaya may, at its discretion, require enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for accounts transacting above specified thresholds.
• Account registration by automated means, including bots or scripts, is strictly prohibited.

9jaya will never request your account password through any communication channel including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request purportedly from 9jaya, please report it to the support team immediately via the official email address [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9jaya platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9jaya supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for members based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change at 9jaya's discretion and without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method, account verification level, and VIP tier. Members seeking higher transaction limits should contact the 9jaya support team.

• Deposits are credited to the member's account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider in normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 5 minutes to bKash and Nagad accounts. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• 9jaya reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 9jaya account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any deposit made via a payment method that is subsequently subject to a chargeback or reversal will be treated as a breach of these Terms, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.
• 9jaya does not accept deposits from credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks for the purpose of funding gambling activity. Only debit functionality on Visa and Mastercard is supported.

9jaya is not responsible for delays caused by the member's payment provider, banking system downtime, or national payment network maintenance. In such cases, members should contact their payment provider directly. 9jaya support can assist with confirming transaction status on the platform side.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

9jaya offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement applicable to 9jaya bonuses is set out in each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms; any unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used only after the real-money balance has been exhausted, unless stated otherwise.
• 9jaya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk wagering patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game play, or collusion with other members — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Promotional bonuses are available to members resident in Bangladesh only, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 9jaya platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product category — including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), slot games, and card games (Callbreak, Prosperity Fortune Tree). These rules are published within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 9jaya system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. It is the member's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each bet before confirming it. 9jaya accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the member.

• 9jaya reserves the right to void any bet that is the result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, 9jaya's records shall be the primary reference. The decision of 9jaya's management is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all product categories and may vary by game, market, and member tier.
• 9jaya reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any member at any time and without providing a reason, including reducing maximum stake limits or restricting access to specific markets.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a sporting event at 9jaya's discretion, including due to data feed interruption or event developments.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9jaya platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where warranted, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of the platform for illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to mask your true geographical location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9jaya platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the compilation thereof — is the intellectual property of 9jaya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of 9jaya.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe is subject to those studios' respective licensing terms in addition to these Terms. 9jaya's licence to provide such content does not transfer any ownership rights to the member.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

9jaya does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9jaya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market.

9jaya's aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to any mandatory minimum liability provisions under applicable law.

12 Termination

9jaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Receipt of a request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Any other reason that 9jaya reasonably determines to be in the interest of the platform's integrity, security, or the wellbeing of its members.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 9jaya support team. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account — net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements — will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification.

13 Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles generally applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the international market. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant territory, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction.

9jaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of registered members — 9jaya will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. For non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, updates may be published without prior notice.

The version of these Terms published on the platform at the time of any event or dispute is the version that shall apply to that event or dispute. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
